CHALLENGE:
This project is to replace the original boxing with foam insert of this device to a more environmental friendly solution. The set is for scientists to conduct testing by dipping materials in between liquids and the three bottles of solution by the sanitized sticks in the packet. The packet needs to be held firmly within the box but still easy to retrieve by the users.
SOLUTION:
A one piece corrugated structure is used to form this box to replace the two piece box & foam setup. Lock tabs were placed onto the compartment that utilize the bending tenancy of corrugated flutes to hold the packet in place.
